Delivery
When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation invoice.
This will show the dispatch date when we expect your order to leave our factory, normally within 28 days. However there are times when we cannot guarantee to deliver within this period due to workload, staff illness, holidays etc. Should your order be subject to delay we will notify you as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of parcels that are sent to an address that is NOT the credit card holder's address.

Post and Packing
All orders are dispatched under plain cover in strong plastic packaging. 
Instructions for the care of your garment will be included. Please refer to the postage charges for your country, please note that all credit card orders must be with insured post.

Refunds and Exchanges
To comply with UK Distance Selling Rights, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Latex items can be excluded from this current legislation but in the interests of customer relations we are happy to discuss any problems you feel you may have with our service, providing you do so within the 7 day period.
We will only refund monies on goods that are faulty in manufacture. Where items are returned as "unsuitable" we will only issue a credit note, Items must be returned in new condition, unpolished and unwashed. Postage will be deducted from the amount credited. This does not apply to items that are made to measure, we will only refund on these items if faulty.
We cannot exchange on items that come into intimate contact with the body, this is for obvious  hygiene reasons.

Order Cancellation Charges
When we receive your order it is placed in our manufacturing schedule, we start to incur cost from this time so we have to enforce a cancellation policy.
Cancel order within 7 days No charge
7 - 14 days 10%
14 - 21days 25%
after 21 days it is not possible to cancel your order.
It is not possible to cancel Made to Measure or Special requested items after 7 days.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. Please state 1st and 2nd choice colour options. We will endeavor to dispatch your goods as described. We reserve the right to alter, amend prices, and specification without prior notice.
